It may be combined with conventional agents for combatting osteoporosis, such as calcitonin, calcium salts, and/or progesterone.

L'invention concerne l'utilisation de collagène hydrolysé sans goût issu de la gélatine, de gélatine ou de tissu conjonctif animal collagénique, présentant un poids moléculaire moyen compris entre 1 et 40 kD, pour la fabrication de substances destinées au traitement de l'ostéoporose. Ces substances peuvent être combinées à des substances classiques de lutte contre l'ostéoporose telles que la calcitonine, les sels de calcium et/ou la progestérone.
