The use of a transgenic animal lacking JunB expression in the myeloid lineage as a model for human chronic myeloid leukemia. The ue of JunB deficient myeloid cells for the identification of drugs that inhibit the proliferation of myeloid cells. A method for identifying a compound as a negative regulator of the inhibitory effect of JunB on cell proliferation, the identified compound being useful as a drug to burst myeloid cell proliferation after chemotherapy and/or radiotherapy.
La présente invention concerne l'utilisation d'un animal transgénique ayant un défaut d'expression JunB dans la lignée myéloïde en tant que modèle pour la leucémie myéloïde chronique chez l'homme ; l'utilisation de cellules myéloïdes JunB déficientes pour identifier des médicaments qui inhibent la prolifération des cellules myéloïdes ; un procédé d'identification d'un composé qui assure la régulation négative de l'effet inhibiteur de JunB sur la prolifération cellulaire, le composé identifié étant utile en tant que médicament qui fait exploser la prolifération des cellules myéloïdes après une chimiothérapie et/ou une radiothérapie.
