The therapeutical use of tricyclic derivatives and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof having general formula (I), for treating diseases related to venous function deficiency and/or inflammatory oedema, is disclosed. In general formula (I), A is a sulphur or oxygen atom or a radical R¿3?N where R¿3? is a hydrogen atom, a C¿1-5? alkyl radical or an optionally substituted aromatic or heteroaromatic ring; R¿1? is either a C¿1-5? alkyl radical, or a radical R¿4?NH where R¿4? is a hydrogen atom, a C¿1-5? alkyl radical or an optionally substituted aromatic or heteroaromatic ring, or an aromatic ring optionally substituted by one or more acceptor or donor groupings, or a heteroaromatic ring having one or more heteroatoms and being optionally substituted by acceptor or donor groupings; and R¿2? is a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a C¿1-5? alkyl radical, an oxygen atom optionally substituted by a C¿1-5? alkyl radical, or a radical NR¿5?R¿5'?, where each of R¿5? and R¿5'? is independently a hydrogen or oxygen atom or C¿1-5? monovalent organic radicals.
L'invention concerne l'utilisation en thérapeutique pour le traitement de maladies liées à une altération de la fonction veineuse et/ou à l'oedème inflammatoire de dérivés tricycliques et de leurs sels acceptables du point de vue pharmaceutique répondant à la formule générale (I), dans laquelle: A est soit un atome de soufre, d'oxygène, soit un radical R3N où R3 est un atome d'hydrogène, un radical alkyle en C1 à C5 ou un cycle aromatique substitué ou non, ou hétéroaromatique substitué ou non. R1 est soit un radical alkyle en C1 à C5 soit un radical R4NH où R4 est un atome d'hydrogène, un radical alkyle en C1 à C5 ou un cycle aromatique substitué ou non, ou hétéroaromatique substitué ou non, soit un cycle aromatique substitué ou non par un ou plusieurs groupements attracteurs ou donneurs, ou un cycle hétéroaromatique ayant un ou plusieurs hétéroatomes, substitué ou non par des groupements attracteurs ou donneurs. R2 est un atome d'hydrogène, un atome d'halogène, un radical alkyle en C1 à C5, un atome d'oxygène substitué ou non par un radical alkyle en C1 à C5, ou un radical NR5R5', où R5 et R5' sont indépendamment l'un de l'autre un atome d'hydrogène, d'oxygène ou des radicaux organiques monovalents en C1 à C5.
