Use of a trifunctional bispecific antibody having the following properties of. a) binding to a T cell; b) binding to EpCAM as tumor-associated antigen on a tumor cell wherein the tumor cell additionally carries the membrane bound glycoprotein CD 133; c) binding by its Fc portion to Fc receptor-positive cells for the preparation of a pharmaceutical composition for the destruction of cancer stem cells carrying the tumor-associated antigen EpCAM and the membrane bound glycoprotein CD 133 in a population of patients suffering from a tumor.
L'invention porte sur l'utilisation d'un anticorps bispécifique trifonctionnel ayant les propriétés suivantes de : a) se lier à un lymphocyte T ; b) se lier à EpCAM en tant qu'antigène associé à une tumeur sur une cellule tumorale, la cellule tumorale portant de plus la glycoprotéine CD133 ; c) se lier par sa partie Fc à des cellules positives pour les récepteurs Fc pour la préparation d'une composition pharmaceutique par la destruction de cellules souches cancéreuses portant l'antigène associé à une tumeur EpCAM et la glycoprotéine liée à la membrane CD133 chez une population de patients souffrant d'une tumeur.
