The invention concerns a recombinant vector characterised in that it comprises a polynucleotide comprising a central initiation cis-active region (cPPT) and a termination cis-active region (CTS), said regions being of retroviral or retroviral-like origin, said vector further comprising a predetermined nucleotide sequence (transgene or nucleotide sequence of interest) and retranscription regulating, expressing and packaging signals of retroviral or retroviral-like origin.

L'invention concerne un vecteur recombinant caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un polynucléotide comportant une région cis-active d'initiation centrale (cPPT) et une région cis-active de terminaison (CTS), ces régions étant d'origine rétrovirale ou rétrovirale-like, ledit vecteur comprenant en outre une séquence de nucléotides déterminée (transgène ou séquence nucléotidique d'intérêt) et des signaux de régulation de rétrotranscription, d'expression et d'encapsidation d'origine rétrovirale ou rétrovirale-like.
