A pharmaceutical composition, comprising a combination of an antibiotically active compound of the formula (I): with a ~-lactamase inhibitor of one of the formulae (II) to (XIII) are active against Gram-negative bacteria, in particular such bacteria which have become resistant against antibiotics such as aztreonam, carumonam and tigemonam. Optionally the compositions may comprise another ~-lactamase inhibitor of one of the formulae (II) to (XIII), particularly of formula (V) or formula (VI).
La présente invention concerne une composition pharmaceutique comprenant une association d'un composé présentant une activité antibiotique répondant à la formule (I): et d'un inhibiteur de la ß-lactamase répondant à l'une des formules (II) à (XIII), qui sont actifs contre les bactéries Gram-négatives, en particulier contre les bactéries devenues résistantes aux antibiotiques tels que l'aztréonam, le carumonam et le tigémonam. En option, ces préparations peuvent contenir un autre inhibiteur de la ß-lactamase répondant à l'une des formules (II) à (XIII), en particulier à la formule (V) ou à la formule (VI).
