ABSTRACT OF THE INVENTION A user carried device having a housing and a display visible to the user carried by the housing. A memory is carried by the housing which is inaccessible for programming by the user. The memory has stored therein user information which cannot be changed by the user. The housing permits the user to display the information in the memory on the display so that it is visible to the user.
