Abstract As a flexible container used primarily for making wine in, it is made of laminated plastic film,or films which are hermetically sealed along the seams to produce a triangular air-tight bag. The container features a filling spout and a pressure relief vent at the top. At the bottom is another spout to which a cap, valve or hose can be attached for draining. The container which when full of wine, appears like an inverted cone allowing the 'sediment',(which is a waste byproduct of the fermenting process), to sink and slide down the inside walls of the container and accumulate at the bottom near the drain spout. When the user wishes to remove the sediment, a clamp is then attached to the container just above the sediment level, and the sediment can then be easily removed through the drain spout, with the clamp preventing loss of the wine during this procedure.
