The plastic material used to mold the systems provides good feel to touch. The colour of the plastic material is selected to highlight the presence of a utility pole during day as well as night time. The systems discourage individuals who clutter the poles -2- with papers and staples. The systems cover the uninsulated power cables installed on the poles.
