ABSTRACT In the construction of a utuility pouch used by workmen on a jobsite to store material suchas as fasteners and hardware it is known that such pouchs whether it be either the waist-fashioned or apron type, the afixed (storage) pouches are stitched in place to the foundation piece or backing comprising the utility pouch. In this invention, the material comprising the storage pouches are attached to the foundation of the apron by means of strips velcro material. In incorporated a single strip of velcro, running the full length right along the bottom of a piece of material, and with additional strips of velcro incorporated on the ends of the material running right up to the top at the one end and down to the bottom meeting the lateral bottome velcro stip at the other end, with the side opposite the bottom velcroed incorporation left unvelcroed, and with a matching cofiguration of velcro pieces incorporated onto the foundation or apron comprising the utilitity pouch, when this unattached piece of material with the U-shaped incorporation of velcro pieces is fastened to it, a pocket for the storage of material, results. And with a further indexing incorporating additional velcro pieces similar to the incorporation of the end pieces, and with appropriate spacing, a series of pockets, result. In assembling the utility pouch in this manner, a workman, has an easier access to his stored material.
