ABSTRACT A utility shed comprising walls and a roof, the walls comprised of panels formed out of plywood, chipboard, sheet metal plastic or the like, These panels framed with a thicker material which has some sort of relief such as a groove and or protrusion such that the panels with their frames such formed will interlock with an extrusion or some other mated partner at the corners and or door sections. The framed panels interlocking with each other such that the upper panel overlaps the lower panel and prevents rain penetration.
