Disclosed are UV curable powder coating compositions that crosslink to form light- and weather- stable paint films possessing high gloss. The coating compositions contain, as a binder, a polymer mixture of (A) 60 - 90% by weight of an amorphous urethane acrylate and (B) 40 - 10% by weight of a crystalline urethane acrylate, the mixture having a glass transition point (Tg) of at least 35°C.
