The present invention relates to novel binding moieties comprising at least one monomeric V-like domain (VLD) derived from a non-antibody ligand, the at least one monomeric V-like domain being characterised in that at least one CDR loop structure or part thereof is modified or replaced such that the solubility of the modified VLD is improved when compared with the unmodified VLD.
Cette invention a trait à de nouvelles fractions de fixation comportant au moins un domaine monomère de type V (VLD) dérivé d'un ligand non-anticorps. Ce domaine monomère de type V se caractérise par le fait qu'au moins une structure boucle à région déterminante de complémentarité (CDR) ou une partie de cette structure a été modifiée ou remplacée, de sorte que la solubilité du VLD est améliorée par rapport à celle d'un VLD n'ayant pas subi de modifications.
