Disclosed are methods of including a systemic immune response to provide for a non-invasive genetic immunization or a therapeutic response in an animal by providing a polynucleotide encoding a protein of interest. The types of proteins and the immune response contemplated can be directed to any encoded gene of interest related to infection or other diseases. Additionally, the methods contemplate the administration of a second exogenous sequence which encodes a protein which enhances the immune response.
L'invention concerne des méthodes d'inclusion d'une réponse immunitaire systémique destinée à induire une immunisation génétique non invasive ou une réponse thérapeutique chez un animal, par l'apport d'un polynucléotide codant une protéine d'intérêt. Les types de protéines et la réponse immunitaire de l'invention peuvent être dirigées vers un quelconque gène d'intérêt codé associé à une infection ou à d'autres maladies. La méthode de l'invention concerne en outre l'administration d'une seconde séquence exogène codant une protéine qui renforce la réponse immunitaire.
