This invention relates to a general method by which either extemporaneously prepared or liqui Hib/DTPa combination vaccines can be made in order to avoid Hib interference whilst being able to maintain the maximum, stable adsorption of each antigen onto the aluminium-based adjuvant on which it is most immunogenic. In so doing, pertussis antigens in combination vaccines of the present invention are stably retained in their most potent form.
Cette invention concerne une méthode générale selon laquelle des vaccins combinés contre Hib/DTPa préparés extemporanément ou liquides peuvent être produits afin d'éviter l'interférence avec Hib tout en étant capables de maintenir l'absorption maximale stable de chaque antigène sur l'adjuvant à base d'aluminium sur lequel il est le plus immunogène. Ce faisant, les antigènes de la coqueluche dans des vaccins combinés de la présente invention sont conservés de façon stable dans leur forme la plus puissante.
