The invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition comprising at least one vaccine antigen. The inventive composition is characterised in that it also comprises at least one phosphoric ester derivative of phosphatidylcholine with a structure having formula I, wherein: R1 is a lower alkyl; and R2 and R3 are identical or different and can each represent linear hydrocarbon chains having between 13 and 21 carbon atoms.
