The present invention relates to an anti-idiotype antibodies directed against the monoclonal antibody (HmenB3) to Neisseria meningitidis serogroup B and hybridomas producing the anti-idiotype antibodies. This invention is also directed to vaccine compositions comprising the anti-idiotypic antibodies in combination with pharmaceutically acceptable carriers. These vaccine compositions can be used to prevent or treat the serogroup B meningococcal disease.

L'invention concerne des anticorps anti-idiotypes dirigés contre l'anticorps monoclonal (HmenB3), le sérogroupe B de <i>Neisseria meningitidis</i> et des hybridomes produisant les anticorps d'anti-idiotypes. Cette invention concerne également des compositions de vaccin comprenant les anticorps anti-idiotypes en combinaison avec des excipients acceptables sur le plan pharmaceutique. Ces compositions de vaccin peuvent être utilisées en vue de prévenir ou de traiter la méningoccocie de sérogroupe B.
