This invention relates to HIV polypeptide and polynucleotide fusions of Gag, Pol and Nef which are useful in immunogenic compositions and vaccines. The invention relates in particular to a polypeptide which comprises Nef or an immunogenic fragment thereof, and p17 Gag and/or p24 Gag or immunogenic fragments thereof, wherein when both p17 and p24 Gag are present there is at least one HIV antigen or immunogenic fragment between them. The polypeptide may also comprise Pol or RT or an immunogenic fragment thereof.
La présente invention concerne de nouvelles fusions polypeptidiques et polynucléotidiques VIH de Gag, Pol et Nef qui sont utiles dans des compositions immunogènes et des vaccins. L'invention a pour objet en particulier un polypeptide qui comprend Nef ou un fragment immunogène de celui-ci, et p17 Gag et/ou p24 Gag ou des fragments immunogènes de ceux-ci. Selon l'invention, lorsque p17 et p24 Gag sont tous deux présents, au moins un fragment immunogène ou antigène de VIH se trouve entre eux. Le polypeptide peut également comprendre Pol ou RT ou un fragment immunogène de ceux-ci.
