ABSTRACT Since the atmosphere is most dense at ground level and thins out as it stretches upwards until,at about 500km it is almost a vacuum. This is the reason that an airplane or a rocket are impossible to traverse in the high attitude beyond the atmosphere at relatively low velocity. In order to increase the jet stream propulsion for the airplanes or rockets to traverse through the high attitude that a right circular hollow conical rotating jet with a vacuum aerodynamic spinning force in a direction opposite to the thrust of the jet stream is invented.
