Vacuum Cartridge Cleaning Machine (VCCM) is designed for cleaning of the laser toner cartridges during refilling process in remanufacturing industry. The cleaning is carried out by flexible in-and-out double tube: the cleaning compressed air is blown through the smaller in diameter inner tube and the toner waste is extracted by air flow through bigger in diameter external vacuum flexible tube. Magnetic roller of the cartridge is rotated by motor during cleaning process and is being cleaned in the same time. VCCM may also contain the control panel with timers or logical device to control cleaning process: air flow, rotation and vacuum. VCCM allows to automate the cleaning process, increases the efficiency of work by min. 200%, substantially reduce the cleaning time, avoid the complete disassembling of the cartridge. VCCM is designed for cleaning non-open type cartridges of various brands (OPTRA, IBM, DELL, BROTHER, HP, PITNEY BOWES ETC.)
