A vacuum cleaner comprises a body with a dust-collecting chamber and a motor driving chamber; a suction assembly with an air suction path; a dust- collecting unit formed in the dust-collecting chamber and collecting dusts or contaminants in an air; a motor assembly formed in the motor driving chamber and generating an air suction force; and an aerosol-generating unit provided in an air path where the air drawn from the suction assembly flows, and spraying an antibiotic and sterilization material as a minute particle size.
