A vacuum cleaner hose and method and apparatus of making the same are pro- vided, the hose (20) having opposite ends (24, 25") and a plurality of annular corruga- tions (25) between the opposite ends thereof, the corrugations comprising a plurality of al- ternating annular crests (26) and annular val- leys (27) that are interconnected together by annular side walls (28), each valley (27) and each crest (26) defining a radius (29, 31) at the apex (30. 32) thereof, each valley (27) being narrower than the crests (26) and hav- ing a smaller radius (29) than the crests.

Ce flexible (20) est composé de deux extrémités opposées (24, 25'') et d'une succession d'ondulations annulaires (25) entre ces deux extrémités.
