The invention relates to a vacuum distillation system and a method for concentrating organic-aqueous solutions, especially of so-called spissum extracts using said system. The vacuum distillation system comprises a flash evaporator (1), a vent condenser and a multi-stage condenser (8) downstream of the vent condenser (12). The inventive system is also provided with means for recovering at least a part of the condensate from any condenser step and returning it to the bottom product. The invention further relates to a method for concentrating organic-aqueous solutions such as concentrated extracts using said system.

L'invention concerne une installation de distillation sous vide, ainsi qu'un procédé permettant de concentrer des solutions organiques aqueuses, notamment des extraits de spissum, à l'aide de ladite installation. L'installation de distillation sous vide obtenue selon l'inventionomprend un évaporateur éclair (1), un compresseur à buées et un condenseur (8) à plusieurs étages monté en aval du compresseur à buées. Il est prévu des moyens pour recycler au moins une partie du condensat provenant de l'étage de condensation dans le résidu de distillation. L'invention concerne en outre un procédé de concentration de solutions organiques aqueuses, ainsi que des extraits concentrés obtenus à l'aide de cette installation.
