A vacuum kneading and extruding method includes the steps of separately and continuously measuring plural types of material and continuously feeding the material into a kneading and degrassing tank; kneading the plural types of material fed, and degrassing the material by decompressing a material accommodating space into a vacuum; kneading and transporting the material in a decompressed condition through a multi-stage kneading mechanism; and forming and extruding kneading material in a predetermined shape. An apparatus for use in executing this method is also disclosed.
