A vacuum sample collecting tube and a method of collecting a sample under vacuum which are capable of preventing a pretreatment agent held in the vacuum sample collecting tube from entering a blood vessel even if a reverse flow of a sample, such as blood should occur during a vacuum collection of a sample such as blood. The vacuum sample collecting tube comprising two bottomed tubular containers of different sizes opened at the other ends thereof and combined with each other so as to form a telescopic structure, wherein 1) the open end of the inner container of the telescopic structure is sealed with a plug having gas barrier characteristics and a pinhole sealability with the interior of the inner container maintained in a vacuum condition, 2) the outer container of the telescopic structure is engaged liquid-tightly and detachably at the open end thereof with the portion of an outer circumferential surface of the inner container which is in the vicinity of the open end of the inner container without contacting an outer surface of a bottom portion of the inner container, and 3) a space between the inner and outer containers holds therein a pretreatment agent for the sample.
L'invention concerne un tube de prélèvement d'échantillons sous vide et un procédé de prélèvement d'échantillons sous vide permettant d'éviter qu'un agent de prétraitement contenu dans le tube de prélèvement d'échantillons sous vide ne pénètre dans un vaisseau sanguin, même en case de reflux de l'échantillon, notamment du sang, au cours du prélèvement sous vide d'un échantillon, de sang notamment. Le tube de prélèvement d'échantillons sous vide comprend deux récipients tubulaires, de tailles différentes, pourvus d'un fond et ouverts au niveau de leur autre extrémité, lesquels récipients sont combinés de manière à former une structure télescopique, caractérisée en ce que 1) l'extrémité ouverte du récipient intérieur de la structure télescopique soit scellée par un obturateur ayant des caractéristiques de barrière aux gaz et d'étanchéité autour du trou d'aiguille par rapport à l'intérieur du récipient intérieur maintenu à l'état de vide, en ce que 2) le récipient extérieur de la structure télescopique soit en contact, de façon étanche au liquide et détachable au niveau de son extrémité ouverte, avec la partie de la surface circonférentielle extérieure du récipient intérieur se trouvant à proximité de l'extrémité ouverte du récipient intérieur, sans toucher une surface extérieure d'une partie inférieure du récipient intérieur, et en ce que 3) l'espace entre les récipients intérieur et extérieur soit occupé par un agent de prétraitement de l'échantillon.
