Invent is concerning a new product in static reinforcement of the bathtub shell. With that we solve the problem of quick, easy, economical and conformed production process. By using the same material in production of sub shell and the bathtub shell which is reinforced, and using binding materials received as waste, we simplified the production and eliminate toxic material. Sub shell (2) follows the basic shape of bathtub shell (1) with profiled convexes applied with solution thru straight surfaces (5) . The connection comes after one hour, and the tune of full toughening after 12 hours.
L'invention concerne un nouveau produit pour le renforcement statique de la coque de baignoire. Ce produit permet d'obtenir un processus de fabrication rapide, facile, économique et conformé. En utilisant le même matériau renforcé pour la production de coque auxiliaire et de coque de baignoire, et à l'aide de matériaux de liaison reçus comme déchets, nous avons simplifié la fabrication et supprimé le matériau toxique. La coque auxiliaire (2) épouse la forme de base de la coque de baignoire (1) avec des profils convexes appliqués avec une solution liante sur des surfaces (5) droites. La liaison se produit au bout d'une heure, et le durcissement complet au bout de 12 heures.
