The invention relates to a valve intended to be installed in a pipe line between a water kettle, (2), heatable by fuel, and a heatable water cistern (3), a by means of which valve the outgoing and back flows (5);(4) of the heating circulation between said equipment can be closed simultaneously. The valve (1) is placed in heatable water cistern (3) and it comprises a cylindrical, by operation most suitably vertical outer frame (11), which has on different levels formed outgoing and return couplings (5);(4) leading to heater (2) and placed inside the said cylindrical frame there are opening and closing means (12) that can be turned around its axle an has on its surface several outlets and can be turned into different angles, in order to get control and open positions for the valve.
