Abstract In a valve arrangement with at least two diaphragm valves (4, 6), the diaphragms are formed as one-piece sections (84, 86) of an elastic valve plate (49). The first clamping faces (105-108) are provided on a common first housing part (48) and the second clamping faces are provided on a second common housing part (50). This simplifies assembly and permits accommodation of the parts in a small space. Fig. 3
