A valve device comprising a valve housing (1) having inlet and outlet end pieces for mounting of the value in a pipeline, and a valve member (4) being moveable for opening and closing of the valve. The valve member (4) is mounted in a unit which can be removed from the valve housing (1) and which consists of a cover (2) that can be sealingly fastened to the valve housing, in which cover is mounted a rod or spindle (9) for movement of the valve member (4), a retainer (3) in which the valve member is moveable and which carries gaskets (11) for sealing against seats (58) in the valve housing (1), respectively, and said valve housing has a transverse opening adapted to the unit and is equipped with means for locking the cover (2) in its mounted position, in order to permit rectilinear movement of the unit into and out of the transverse opening. The gaskets (11) can be mutually shifted axially in the retainer (3), whereby spring means (56) are provided for urging the gaskets axially towards the seats (58) in order to cause sealing in the assembled state, and the retainer (3) comprises means (15) for locking the gaskets (11) in an axially retracted position in the retainer.
Le dispositif à soupape décrit comprend un logement de soupape (1) avec pièces terminales d'entrée et de sortie permettant le montage de la soupape dans une conduite tubulaire, ainsi qu'un élément à soupape (4) conçu mobile pour permettre l'ouverture et la fermeture de la soupape. L'élément à soupape (4) est monté dans une unité qui peut être retirée du logement de soupape (1) et qui se compose d'un couvercle (2) qui peut être fixé étanche au logement de soupape et dans lequel sont montées une tige ou broche (9) permettant le mouvement de l'élément à soupape (4), un organe de retenue (3) dans lequel l'élément à soupape est mobile et qui porte des joints d'étanchéité (11) venant se plaquer contre les sièges (58) du logement de soupape (1), respectivement. Le logement de soupape présente en outre une ouverture transversale adaptée à l'unité et est muni d'un organe permettant le blocage du couvercle (2) dans sa position montée, ce qui permet le mouvement rectiligne de l'unité vers l'intérieur et hors de l'ouverture transversale. Les joints d'étanchéité (11) peuvent être déplacés entre eux axialement dans l'organe de retenue (3), un organe à ressort (56) étant prévu pour solliciter les joints d'étanchéité axialement en direction des sièges (58), pour assurer l'étanchéité à l'état assemblé et l'organe de retenue (3) comprend un organe (15) servant à bloquer les joints d'étanchéité (11) dans une position axialement rétractée dans l'organe de retenue.
