A valve device comprising a body (1), a closure member (2) operated by a shaft (3) guided through a neck (4) in the body (1), and a liner (5) provided with a flange (6) extending along part of the length of the neck (4). The sealing contact between the shaft and the bore may be improved by means of a clamping assembly (7, 8, 9) positioned around the flange (6) in a space (10) in the body (1). The size of the clamping assembly (7, 8, 9) is such that it exerts a force on the flange (6) and thereby on the shaft (3). The clamping assembly (7, 8, 9) is radially and/or tiltably movable in said space (10) relative to the body (1). Said device is particularly suitable for butterfly valves for use with corrosive and/or delicate liquids such as liquid chemicals and liquid foodstuffs.

L'invention concerne un dispositif de robinetterie comportant un corps (1), un obturateur (2) manipulé par un arbre (3) guidé dans un col (4) du corps (1) et une manchette d'étanchéité (5) munie d'une collerette (6) qui s'étend sur une certaine longueur le long du col (4). Pour améliorer l'étanchéité du passage d'arbre, un moyen de serrage (7, 8, 9) est positionné autour de la collerette (6) dans un espace (10) du corps (1). Le moyen de serrage (7, 8, 9) est dimensionné d'une telle manière qu'il exerce un effort sur la collerette (6) et par conséquent sur l'arbre (3). Le moyen de serrage (7, 8, 9) est monté dans l'espace (10) ayant une liberté de mouvement radial et/ou basculant en référence au corps (1).
