A valve device (V, 4') for controlling the movement in a machine housing (2) of a reciprocating percussion piston (3) of a percussion device (1) for a rock drilling machine with a first chamber (5) that can be pressurized for forward driving of the percussion piston (3) and a second chamber (8) that can be pressurized for back-driving of the percussion piston (3) , wherein the valve device includes a to and fro movable valve element (20) , the movement of which being controlled as a response to the position of a valve portion (V) of the percussion piston in a valve housing portion by periodically pressurising a signal chamber (21) actuating the movement of the valve element over signal conduit means (22, 23, 24) . Said signal conduit means includes at least two signal conduit portions (23, 24) , which are arranged for essentially simultaneous pressurising through co-operation between a corresponding number of valve control edges (25, 26) on the valve portion of the percussion piston and edges (34, 35) of control chambers in the machine housing. The invention also concerns a percussion device and a rock drilling machine.
Dispositif de valve (V, 4') permettant de commander le mouvement dans le boîtier de machine (2) d~un piston à percussion alternative (3) d~un dispositif à percussion (1) pour perforatrice de roches dotée d~une première chambre (5) pouvant être pressurisée pour l~avance du piston à percussion (3) et d~une seconde chambre (8) pouvant être pressurisée pour le recul du piston à percussion (3), le dispositif de valve comprenant un élément de valve déplaçable d'avant en arrière (20), dont le mouvement est commandé en réponse à la position d~une portion de valve (V) du piston à percussion dans une portion de boîtier de valve en pressurisant périodiquement une chambre à signaux (21) commandant le mouvement de l~élément de valve de conduits à signaux (22, 23, 24). Ledit sur un moyen de conduits à signaux comprend au moins deux portions de conduits à signaux (23, 24), lesquelles sont arrangées pour une pressurisation essentiellement simultanée par la coopération entre un nombre correspondant de bords de commande de valve (25, 26) sur la portion de valve du piston à percussion et de bords (34, 35) des chambres de commande dans le boîtier de machine. L~invention a également pour objet un dispositif à percussion et une perforatrice de roches.
