ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The present invention provides a valve for toy balloons comprising a short, thick ring, a thin valve flap arranged at one end of the ring such that it does not touch the interior thereof, said flap being connected to the interior of the ring by a thin connecting strip, a tube defining at one end thereof an annular valve seat co-operating with said flap to provide a valving action and the other end of said tube being closed by a tightly-fitting push-on cap.
