A valve (22) includes a first diaphragm (48) for opening and closing a fluid flow path between an inlet port (44) and an outlet port (46). A second diaphragm (50) cooperates with the first diaphragm to enclose a chamber (52) formed within the valve body. The valve is closed by applying an actuating pressure to an exterior side of the second diaphragm to move the first diaphragm to the closed position.

L'invention concerne une valve (22) comprenant un premier diaphragme (48) permettant l'ouverture et la fermeture d'un trajet d'écoulement de fluide entre une entrée (44) et une sortie (46). Un second diaphragme (50) coopère avec le premier diaphragme pour encloisonner une chambre (52) formée dans le corps de valve. La valve se ferme par application d'une pression d'actionnement sur un côté extérieur du second diaphragme, de manière à déplacer le premier diaphragme vers la position fermée.
