A dispensing valve (10) has a stop (20). The valve (10) has a surface (28) defining an opening (30). The stop (20) is adapted to be moveable between a first position abutting the surface (28) to seal the opening (30) and a second position spaced from the surface (28) to open the opening (30). The stop (20) is formed in an injection-molding process and has a base (52) adapted to be connected to the valve (10). A sealing member (54) is connected to the base (52) by a hinge member (60). The sealing member (54) has a frustoconical outer surface (62) and a sealing surface (66) at a distal end thereof. The sealing member (54) extends away from the base (52) in a first molded position (MP) wherein the sealing surface (66) faces generally away from the base (52). The sealing member (66) is foldable at the hinge member (60) to a second position (FP) wherein the sealing surface (66) faces generally towards the base (52). A portion of the sealing member (54) is adapted to pass through the opening (30) wherein the sealing surface (66) is adapted to abut the valve surface (28). The method of making the valve stop (20) is also disclosed.

L'invention concerne une valve de distribution (10) comprenant une butée (20). Cette valve (10) comporte une surface (28) définissant une ouverture (30). La butée (20) est conçue pour se déplacer entre une première position, dans laquelle elle vient buter contre ladite surface (28) de façon à fermer hermétiquement l'ouverture (30), et une seconde position espacée de la surface (28), l'ouverture (30) étant alors ouverte. Cette butée (20) est formée au moyen d'une opération de moulage par injection et comprend une base (52) conçue pour être reliée à la valve (10). Un élément d'étanchéité (54) est relié à la base (52) par un élément d'articulation (60). Cet élément d'étanchéité (54) comprend une surface extérieure tronconique (62) au niveau de son extrémité distale. Ledit élément d'étanchéité (54) se prolonge dans le sens opposé à la base (52) dans une première position moulée (MP), la surface d'étanchéité (66) étant alors généralement tournée dans le sens opposé à la base (52). L'élément d'étanchéité (66) peut se plier au niveau de l'élément d'articulation (60) jusqu'à une seconde position (FP) dans laquelle la surface d'étanchéité (66) est généralement tournée vers la base (52). Une partie de l'élément d'étanchéité (54) est conçue pour traverser l'ouverture (30), la surface d'étanchéité (66) étant conçue pour venir buter contre la surface de valve (28). L'invention concerne également un procédé de fabrication de cette butée de valve (20).
