A vapor movement control device small in size, capable of fine-adjusting a separation efficiency by the revolution speed of a motor, less in vibration, and capable of saving energy remarkably by the utilization of a heating phenomenon of a rotary machine such as a motor, characterized in that a first closed space to be humidity-controlled is allowed to communicate with a second closed space formed inside a casing through a first ventilation passage, a tubular film body is pivotally supported on a separation film rotating body disposed, in the second closed space, on the same rotating axis as the film body, a small chamber and the innermost space are formed in the separation film rotating body, a sirocco fan is installed inside these spaces, centrifugal fins are provided on the side surface thereof, a heat transfer member transferring heat from the motor of the separation film rotating body to the separation film rotating body is provided, the innermost space of the separation film rotating body is allowed to communicate with the first closed space through the second ventilation passage formed inside a rotating shaft, and the second closed space is allowed to communicate with the outside air through an outside air ventilation passage.
L'invention concerne un dispositif de petite dimension, permettant de réguler le mouvement des vapeurs. Ce dispositif est capable de produire une séparation précise et efficace grâce à la vitesse de rotation d'un moteur. Il produit des vibrations réduites et permet des économies d'énergie importantes grâce à l'exploitation de la chaleur produire par une machine rotative telle qu'un moteur. Ce dispositif est caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un premier espace fermé dont le taux d'humidité peut être réglé. Ce premier espace communique par l'intermédiaire d'un premier passage de ventilation avec un second espace fermé formé dans un boîtier. Un corps tubulaire à membrane est monté de manière pivotante sur un corps rotatif à membrane de séparation disposé dans le second espace fermé, sur le même axe de rotation que le corps à membrane. Une chambre de dimension réduite et un espace central sont formés dans le corps rotatif à membrane de séparation. Un ventilateur sirocco est installé dans ces espaces, et des ailettes centrifuges sont installées sur la surface latérale de celui-ci. Un élément de transfert thermique qui transfère la chaleur produite par le moteur du corps rotatif à membrane de séparation dans ce dernier. L'espace central du corps rotatif à membrane de séparation communique avec le premier espace fermé par l'intermédiaire d'un second passage de ventilation formé à l'intérieur d'un arbre rotatif, et le second espace fermé communique avec l'air ambiant à travers un passage de ventilation à air ambiant.
