A variable light attenuator, wherein two mirrors (15) and (16) forming an angle of 90~are formed on the front surface of a mirror member (17), an input optical fiber (12) and an output optical fiber (13) are held on a fiber array (14) at a specified interval, and an outgoing lens (23) and an incident lens (24) are installed on the front surface of the fiber array (14) so as to be opposed to the end faces of the input optical fiber (12) and the output optical fiber (13), whereby the attenuated amount of light can be varied by linearly moving the mirror member (17) by an actuator (18).
L'invention concerne un atténuateur de lumière variable, dans lequel deux miroirs (15 et 16) formant un angle de 90· sont formés sur la face avant d'un élément de miroir (17); une fibre optique d'entrée (12) et une fibre optique de sortie (13) sont disposées dans un réseau de fibres (14), à un intervalle précis; et un oculaire (23) et une lentille incidente (24) sont installés sur la face avant du réseau de fibres (14) à l'opposé des faces d'extrémité de la fibre optique d'entrée (12) et de la fibre optique de sortie (13), si bien que l'intensité de la lumière peut être variée par déplacement linéaire de l'élément de miroir (17) au moyen de la commande (18).
