Disclosed is a centerflow dispenser for dispensing a rolled paper product which includes means for varying the diameter of the dispensing orifice to accommodate rolled paper products of various weights, widths, bulks and tensile strengths. In a further embodiment, the rolled paper dispenser comprises an exit port and means for enlarging the exit port so that the lead end of the roll of paper may be readily inserted through the exit port.
