VARIABLE POSITION THROTTLE STOP AND MODULATING APPARATUS Abstract of the Disclosure A variable position throttle stop and modulating apparatus is shown as having a variably positionable throttle stop member having positions corresponding to and/or determining positions of engine normal curb idle throttle position and engine shut-down or anti-diesel throttle position with additional transducer means responsive generally to engine load for moving the throttle stop member to a position which permits the throttle valve to be closed to a position which results in the throttle being opened slightly more than the opening thereof when at normal curb idle.
