ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A variable pulsating vacuum pneumatic device having a housing in which a motor and vacuum pump are mounted, with the latter being connected to an applicator used for treating facial and neck tissue. A transmission con- nects the motor to the pump, while a control circuit permits regulation of the pulse rate of the pump as a function of the speed of the motor.
