An anamorphic lens attachments to be used in conjunction with a basis lens. The attachment provides a variable anamorphic ratio. The attachment comprises a first lens group (106) having positive refractive power in a first direction (104), a second lens group (108) having negative refractive power in the first direction, and a third lens group (110) having positive refractive power in the first direction. The three lens groups lying on the same axis (220), which is perpendicular to the optical axis (102). The second lens group is movably located between the first lens group and the basic lens. The third lens group is located between the second lens group and the basic lens at a fixed distance from the first lens group. The lens groups of the attachment have neutral refractive power in a second direction substantially perpendicular to the first direction.
L'invention concerne une monture d'anamorphoseur utilisée avec une lentille de base. La monture produit un rapport anamorphique variable. Elle comprend un premier groupe de lentilles (106) doté d'une réfringence positive dans une première direction (104), un second groupe de lentilles (108) doté d'une réfringence négative dans la première direction, et un troisième groupe de lentilles (110) doté d'une réfringence positive dans cette même direction. Les trois groupes de lentilles reposent sur le même axe (220), qui est perpendiculaire à l'axe optique (102). Le second groupe de lentilles est situé de manière amovible entre ledit premier groupe et la lentille de base. Le troisième groupe est situé entre le second groupe de lentilles et la lentille de base à une distance fixée à partir dudit premier groupe. Les groupes de lentilles de la monture ont une réfringence neutre dans une seconde direction pratiquement perpendiculaire à la première direction.
