A vascular permeation inhibitor, especially an inhibitor for, e.g., carcinomatous hydrothorax or carcinomatous ascites, which comprises an oxaspirooctane derivative represented by general formula (I) or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof, and a pharmacologically acceptable carrier, wherein R1 represents, e.g., lower alkylcarbamoyl or protected carbamoyl; R2 represents lower alkoxy; and R3 represents the group represented by formula (II).

La présente invention concerne un inhibiteur de la perméation vasculaire, plus particulièrement un inhibiteur destiné notamment aux hydrothorax cancéreux ou aux ascites cancéreuses. Cet inhibiteur comprend un dérivé d'oxaspirooctane représenté par la formule générale (I) ou l'un de ses sels pharmacologiquement admis, plus un excipient pharmacologiquement admis.
