The vectors comprise a recombinant defective viral genome which expresses at least one antigen appropriate for inducing secretory and systemic immune responses or an antibody which provides protection against an infectious agent. The viral defective genome comprises the genome of a parental virus which has the signs of recognition of the viral replicase which are located at the extremities 3' and 5', and comprises additionally internal deletions, and wherein said defective viral genome depends on a complementing virus for its replication and encapsidation. Said vectors are appropriate to form a recombinant system which comprises said expression vector and a complementing virus. The system is appropriate for the preparation of mono- and polyvalent vaccines against infectious agents of various animal species, specially pigs, dogs and cats, and as vehicles for the expression of protection antibodies against infectious agents.
Les vecteurs comprennent un génome viral défectif recombinant qui exprime au moins un antigène approprié à l'induction de réponses immunes systémiques et sécrétrices ou un anticorps qui assure une protection contre un agent infectieux. Le génome viral défectif comprend le génome d'un virus parental qui possède les signes de reconnaissance de la réplicase virale, lesquels sont localisés dans les extrémités 3' et 5', et comprend en outre des délétions internes, ledit génome viral défectif dépendant d'un virus complémentaire pour sa réplication et son encapsidation. Ces vecteurs sont appropriés pour former un système recombinant qui comprend ledit vecteur d'expression, et un virus de complément. Le système est approprié à l'élaboration de vaccins monovalents et polyvalents contre des agents infectieux d'espèces animales distinctes, en particulier les cochons, les chiens et les chats, et comme véhicules pour l'expression d'anticorps protecteurs contre des agents infectieux.
