A new pharmaceutical formulation for retinoid-containing soft gelatin capsules is disclosed. The new formulation comprises a soft gelatin capsule filled with a fill mass comprising a retinoid as an active ingredient, a natural vegetable oil, a partially hydrogenated natural vegetable oil and medium chain triglycerides. Optionally, the new formulation also comprises a natural wax. In a particularly preferred embodiment, the soft gelatin capsule comprises pig gelatin in the capsule shell in combination with the above fill mass.
L'invention porte sur une nouvelle formulation pharmaceutique pour des capsules de gélatine molle contenant de la rétinoïde. Cette nouvelle formulation contient une capsule de gélatine molle remplie d'une masse de remplissage comprenant une rétinoïde en tant qu'ingrédient actif, une huile végétale naturelle, une huile végétale naturelle partiellement hydrogénée et des triglycérides à chaîne moyenne. Facultativement, cette nouvelle formulation contient aussi une cire naturelle. Dans un mode de réalisation particulièrement préféré, la capsule de gélatine molle comprend de la gélatine de cochon dans l'enveloppe de capsule en combinaison avec la masse de remplissage susmentionnée.
