Procédé caractérisé en ce que l'on chauffe un alcool liquide, on y introduit sous vive agitation un composé végétal, on poursuit l'agitation pendant environ 30 minutes en maintenant la température, puis on le filtre à chaud de manière à séparer un filtrat dont on évapore l'alcool de manière à obtenir un résidu riche en lipides pouvant être utilisé en cosmétologie ou dermatologie.
