VEHICLE Abstract A vehicle is proposed intended for hauling pipes and elongated freights on rugged terrains. The vehicle comprises a truck bed resting on front and rear truck crawler sections through hinge posts. The two sections are interconnected by way of a steer syncro- nizing mechanism in the form of arms pivotable in a ver- tical plane and secured to corresponding truck sections. The arms are arranged at an angle to the horizontal to be connected by their free ends for mutual angular displace- ment. Torque developed by a power plant installed on the front truck section is transmitted to track chains of the truck sections.
