Auto headlight defeat is an electronic circuit board device that replaces the oversensitive light sensors in vehicles such as, but not limited to, automobiles with hideaway headlights. The vehicle's original sensor receptacle requires no modification as device serves as replacement part. Auto headlight function can be reverted o original operation anytime. With the device installed; headlight system is manually controlled from the vehicle's stock headlight switch. Device has a resistor that matches the resistance of the original vehicle light sensor when it is exposed to sufficient daylight to tell the vehicle computer to run with lights off. An oversensitive sensor system can be an annoyance to drivers and defined as, but not limited to, the following scenario: Travelling under a bridge, through shadows or when the sun is at a low angle the headlights turn on or over with a clank! Shortly thereafter they turn off and cycle repeats.
