An assembly (10) for mounting a vehicle component to a vehicle frame member. A mounting spacer assembly (16) has outer and in- ner mounting spacer structures (18, 20) and a plurality of parallel elongated fasteners (26). The outer mounting spacer (18) extends through an opening in the vehicle frame member and the central exterior peripheral portion is welded to the frame member. The inner mounting spacer structure (20) be- ing secured within the outer mounting spacer structure (18) in a rattle-free condition. The plurality of parallel elongated fasteners (26) each having a shank (28) configured at one end to engage the vehicle component and having a head (32) at the opposite end. The mounting spacer assembly (16) further including a plurality of longitudinally extending structural portions (34) disposed in generally surrounding relation with each of the fastener shanks (28) and in force transmitting relation between the vehicle compo- nent and each of the heads (32). L'invention concerne un dispositif (10) permettant de monter un composant de véhicule à un élément de cadre dudit véhicule. Un dispositif d'entretoise de montage (16) présente des structures d'entretoise de montage interne et externe (18, 20) et une pluralité de pièces d'attache allongées parallèles (26). L'entretoise de montage externe (18) s'étend à travers une ouverture dans l'élément de cadre du véhicule et la portion périphérique externe centrale est soudée à l'élément du cadre. La structure d'entretoise de montage interne (20) est fixée à l'intérieur de la structure d'entretoise de montage externe< >(18) sans occasionner de bruits de ferraille. La pluralité des pièces d'attache parallèles allongées (26) présente une tige respective (28) conçue à une extrémité pour rentrer en contact avec le composant du véhicule et une tête (32) à une extrémité opposée. Le dispositif d'entretoise de montage (16) comprend, en outre, une pluralité de portions structurelles s'étendant longitudinalement (34) placées dans un rapport généralement concentrique avec chacune des tiges (28) des pièces d'attache et dans un rapport de transmission de force entre le composant du véhicule et chacune des têtes (32).
