A system for displaying a banner (70) on a vehicle comprises mounting means (160) having channels (163), retaining means (112) for retaining the banner and associated with first and second locking members (124, 140) for engagement with the channels, the first locking member having a strut (134) locatable in a first channel, the second locking member having a second protruding strut (148) locatable in the same channel, and the first locking member further having a third protruding strut (135) spaced apart from the first strut and locatable within a second channel. When the locking members (124, 140) are aligned, the first strut (134) and second strut (148) are adjacent each other, the adjacent sides being parallel and the struts are located in the channels for secure attachment to the mounting means. The retaining means (112) may be connectable to the first locking member (124), e.g. by a pivot (115, 117), or it may form an integral member (53, 54, 35) therewith.
L'invention concerne un système d'affichage d'une bannière (70) sur un véhicule, ledit système d'affichage comprenant des moyens de montage (160) comportant des rainures (163), des moyens de retenue (112) servant à retenir la bannière et associés à des premier et deuxième éléments de verrouillage (124, 140) destinés à s'enclencher dans les rainures, le premier élément de verrouillage comportant un premier montant (134) susceptible de se loger dans une première rainure, le deuxième élément de verrouillage comportant un deuxième montant saillant (148) susceptible de se loger dans la même rainure, et le premier élément de verrouillage comportant en outre un troisième montant saillant (135) espacé du premier montant et susceptible de se loger dans une deuxième rainure. Lorsque les éléments de verrouillage (124, 140) sont alignés, le premier montant (134) et le deuxième montant (148) sont adjacents, les côtés adjacents étant parallèles, et les montants sont placés dans les rainures en vue d'être fixés aux moyens de montage. Les moyens de retenue (112) peuvent être couplés au premier élément de verrouillage (124), par ex. par un pivot (115, 117), ou peuvent former un élément (53, 54, 35) intégré à celui-ci.
