A door for vehicle which can be used as the tail gate or side door of a vehicle and its manufacturing method. The door for vehicle, i.e. the tail gate (1), comprises an outer panel (2) on the outside of the vehicle, an inner panel (3) on the inside of the vehicle, a module plate (4) fixed with a door part, e.g. a wiper motor (18), and a lining (6). The inner panel (3) has a frame shape where an opening (11) is formed while leaving only the fringe part (10) on the entire circumference and the weight of the tail gate (1) is reduced. The module plate (4), serving as a reinforcing member, comprises a first part (13) extending in the left/right direction and a second part (14) extending downward from the first part (13) forming a substantial T-shape. According to the structure, weight of the module plate (4) is reduced and the tail gate (1) is reinforced by jointing the module plate (4) to the outer panel (2) and the inner panel (3).
L'invention concerne une porte de véhicule, qui peut s'utiliser comme hayon arrière ou porte latérale d'un véhicule, et son procédé de fabrication. La porte, c'est-à-dire le hayon arrière (1), comprend un panneau extérieur (2) à l'extérieur du véhicule, un panneau intérieur (3) à l'intérieur du véhicule, une plaque modulaire (4) fixée à une partie de porte, p. ex. un moteur d'essuie-glace (18), et un revêtement (6). Le panneau intérieur (3) comporte une forme de cadre dans laquelle une ouverture (11) est formée, ne laissant que la partie de bordure (10) sur la circonférence entière. Le poids du hayon arrière (1) est en outre réduit. La plaque modulaire (4), servant d'élément de renforcement, comprend une première partie (13) s'étendant de gauche à droite et une seconde partie (14) s'étendant vers le bas depuis la première partie (13), produisant sensiblement une forme en T. Conformément à la structure, le poids de la plaque modulaire (4) est réduit et le hayon arrière (1) est renforcé par l'assemblage de la plaque modulaire (4) au panneau extérieur (2) et au panneau intérieur (3).
