ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A vehicle hitch which is adjustable for extension, elevation, and lateral positioning and which has a frame of A-shape which carries a draw bar which is adjustable with respect to the frame in extension and lateral positioning. Telescoping adjustment means extending between the frame and a vehicle enable elevation adjustment and provides means for holding the frame in erect unobtrusive position on the vehicle when not in use.
